ECH is a 5G Innovation Region spearheaded by Oxfordshire County Council in partnership with several other councils to create our heartland region.

Our commitment to regional collaboration is at the heart of ECH. By bringing local authorities together across the region, we provide suppliers and users with one central point for liaison and economies of scale, while also lowering the barriers to entry and sharing learnings.
